Ombuzz was a blog devoted to helping people navigate workplace conflict, communication, and professional relationships.
From 2017 to 2025, Ombuzz published 181 posts written by organizational ombuds and other dispute resolution practitioners. The goal was simple: to offer thoughtful, practical reflections on the everyday challenges people face at work — and to create space for learning and curiosity.
Ombuzz is no longer publishing new content. We have chosen to preserve the blog as an archive, and the full collection of posts will remain available here indefinitely.
We are deeply grateful to the many contributors who generously shared their experience and insight, and to the readers who engaged with the work over the years. Ombuzz was always a collective effort, shaped by the community around it.
Thank you for being part of the conversation.
