Final Note: Thank You & What’s Next for Ombuzz

Eight years ago, we started Ombuzz with a simple idea: workplace conflict doesn’t have to be so lonely or confusing.

We believed that people navigating difficult conversations, strained relationships, and tense moments at work deserved practical guidance — not just theory, but real tools they could actually use. And so we started writing.

What began as a small side project between ombuds practitioners grew into something we never quite expected: 181 posts, a community of thoughtful readers, and a space where people could find help when things got hard.

We’re winding down Ombuzz.

It’s been a true privilege to co-edit this blog together. We’re deeply grateful to the subscribers who showed up in their inboxes every two weeks, the guest authors who generously shared their wisdom and experience, and the readers who trusted us to help them think through their toughest workplace challenges.

This community made the work meaningful. You reminded us why this matters.

What happens now?

Ombuzz is no longer publishing new content, but we’re preserving the blog as an archive. All 181 posts will remain available at ombuzz.blog indefinitely — the tools, reflections, and resources will still be here for anyone who needs them.

We hope that over the years, Ombuzz helped you find clarity, perspective, or a better way forward when you needed it most. That was always the goal.

Thank you for being part of this. It’s been an honor.

With deep gratitude,
Liz Hill & Teresa Ralicki
